As the UK government has just laid out its 10 point plan for a green industrial revolution, it will be up to industry to align the skills and workforce to make this happen. The decarbonisation of heat over the next decade will require expertise in both hydrogen and electrification and the ability to develop coordinated systems in the countries homes. The panel of experts from the heating industry will discuss how the existing skills can be deployed and what new skills will be required.
